Once the backup is complete the data is compressed and sent, via the internet, in an encrypted state to a UK based data centre. Each day you’ll receive an email to confirm the backup was successful. Should you experience PC failure then the data can be restored to your computer once it’s back up and running.

In addition, the Incremental backup function provides you with previous versions of documents so if you were to delete a document by mistake, or it has become corrupted, you would be able to restore it. Should your backup experience an error our support team will proactively call you to rectify any issues that you experience.

OnIT are able to backup your Microsoft 365 products, such as OneDrive, SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange, Teams and Groups. Unlimited data can be backed up with no time limit to how long it is retained – as long as there is an active subscription. 6 snapshots at regular intervals are taken daily to ensure in the event of a restore being required the least amount of data is lost.
