Whether your network is based in one location, across multiple sites, or you have a team on the road using laptops, OnIT can provide the IT support services you need. Business IT support is available for just £20.00 + VAT per month, per workstation, giving you exceptional value for money and business peace of mind. What’s more, we don’t tie you into a long term contract; it’s an initial 3 months onboarding with a rolling monthly agreement after that.
The majority of issues are resolved using our remote access software, ensuring a speedy resolution and limited business interruption for you. Onsite visits can be arranged in the unlikely event of the issue not being concluded remotely.
The support team are based from the Chesham office, so you can rest assured that you’ll speak to the same people each time. No nameless faces just people that really get to know your IT business systems.
The IT support helpdesk are available Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 8.00am – 6.00pm. Of course, for those businesses that may require it, we can also provide 24 hour IT support too.
